I have a 25 hp BETA (BD902EPA) and would like to get the fittings for the jacket water to heat the cabin and hot water tank while the engine is running. How difficult is it to do this and where do the fittings go on the engine?

Im in the process of installing a new Beta 28 in my 1965 Allied Seabreeze. I'm replacing the existing tank, but plan on keeping the same location which is aft of the engine (secured under the ****pits deck) and above it (top of the tank ~10-12 above engine). I have noticed a very small leak around my engine zinc.The only evidence was was a bit of barely noticeable steam while I was running the engine at the dock after a month of remaining idle. I recently replaced the zinc and tightened it as much as I could.Can I use teflon tape around the threads to help seal...
