I dont have the manual handy. Is the regulator internal or external? Adjustable?

I don't see information about breaking-in a new engine in the operator's manual online (other than changing the transmission oil after 25 hours and the engine oil after 50 hours), but does Beta have a specific procedure to follow for the first few hours of running a new engine? Thanks
