WILL I HAVE A PROBLEM IF I CHANGE TO A RIGHT TURNING PROPCOULD I USE A 16HP?

The short answer is no. Your boat will perform very well with a right hand propeller and there are a good number of Sabre 28 owners who have replaced their old Volvo with a new Beta Marine.

The Beta 14 really does provide all the power that you want and I recommend a 13"x7" three blade prop to get the best drive from the engine. You could upgrade to the Beta 16. This engine will provide faster acceleration but remember that hull speed is hull speed.
