Corosion near the water pump

Hi, I have a Beta 20 (BD722) and the water pump started leaking. Unfortunately I didn't notice before it was too late and when I removed it, the castings where the studs thread into the front panel broke off and now there's a crack just to the right of where the water pump inserts. Is that front panel available as a part to replace? The engine serial is 1Q3071 (WOC K9679) and it only has just over 240 hours. I would have to pull it to get any welding done and if I pull it it seems like a better solution to just replace the part, especially with the corrosion in that area. I've attached 2 images so you can see (the crack isn't in the image).

Hi,

Your engine may only have a few hours on it but is does date back to 2001. It is amazing how much damage a salt water leak can cause if left unchecked.
A new timing cover is available as are all other parts for this engine.
