First disconnect wires and check for continuity and 12 volts where there should be life.
Try connecting the starter motor directly to the battery. Even if the wire is a bit small, the motor should try to turn.
If it is dead, then take it off and go to a shop that can test it
If the motor turns, then problem is in the circuit feeding it. Sometimes relays stick, even if they click. A tap with a screwdriver handle may even get a new one to work.
If the engine is new, are you SURE of the wiring. On our new Beta, the required wiring was different from the manual. Took a couple of days, and a few phone calls to the ever helpful Beta (UK) to get the alternator to charge, although the engine started very well.

BTW we installed a Beta 60 last year in the Arctic. Started after a few turns even at 2 deg C.
Since then, we have never heard the starter motor run, because the engine starts instantaneously, even in the cold and without using the glow plugs.
Yesterday it started first bang after 7 months on the hard, and no charging of our (rather small) starting battery over the winter. Hopefully will launch tomorrow and giver her a real test
