Beta43 raw water hose ID

What is the raw water hose ID for the Beta43? My current raw water setup (for the old engine) used 1" ID hose. I would rather stick with 1" ID hose, as my raw water filter is also 1". If the pump barb is smaller on the Beta43 can a 1" barb be substituted?

One inch inside diameter hose is the correct size to fit the pump.
