I am new to the forum. I have a new Beta 25 on order to replace a 38 year old raw water cooled yanmar. I would like a temperature gauge but due to size restrictions (140 mm max height), the panel that will fit comes with a temp alarm instead of a temp gauge. Can anyone tell me if the motors come from the factory...

I have a 2003 Beta 25 marine engine. I think my lift pump is failing as I cannot now bleed the system. The handle seems quite slack to me. No bubbles or any diesel coming out of the bleed screws (although the separator is full of fuel). Can the lift pump fail like that? And does the pump need replacing e...

The electric stop on my Beta 16 recently started to require longer pushes of the button for the engine to stop. This weekend it seems to have completely stopped working. How do I troubleshoot the system to determine if it is the solenoid, the button, or something in between?

Can just the forward end of the heat exchanger be removed for cleaning and replacement of the o rings? I can't locate the drain for coolant on my Beta 28. Where is it when facing the front of the engine? Jim

We just installed a new Beta 14 in a small sailboat; it is hard to start initially but runs fine once it starts. Mechanic thinks there is air in the fuel line somewhere, and once this gets purged the engine runs fine. My fuel tank sits below the engine, and the bottom of the tank is almost 30 below the manua...

	Electric STOP not working (Preview) The electric stop on my Beta 16 recently started to require longer pushes of the button for the engine to stop.
