Question on overflow of cooling water

Allen Screw - for hot water system - discharge

Cant get the allan screw out on the "discharge outlet" side - It is a 5mm allan key - worried the head will strip or the tool will break - Any ideas..this is a new beta 20 with 6.5 hrs on the engine..it works great now want to connect the ho****er system Thx Jamie

Fuel return line routing

It may be time for a repower. I have a Westsail28 with a 2QM20 (YP7 xmission). @ the mounts it's about 3 5/8" wider than the Beta25. Can special flanges be fabricated to allow use of existing engine bed? Also, my boat is 15K pounds. Do you recommend 2.0 or 2.61 transmission? Prop pitch? ...
