Beta Marine Repower Solutions

I have a 1984 38' Cabo Rico sailboat with a rebuild Perkins 4-108. I would like to replace the Perkins with a Beta 38 or 43. Any suggestions or recommendations? Glenn Floyd SV Dot's Way
