This is not a problem. You can get a PTO pulley from Beta Marine. We have them in stock and they accept 2 half inch belts. You need to make a solid mounting alongside the engine that is bolted to the mounting brackets so that it moves with the engine. You can then mount the bilge pump (with clutch) on the bracket. Just make sure that you have the belts in line before starting.

Stanley,

What is the cost of the PTO pully?  Thanks for the reply.

The pulley sells for $242 including the bolts.

Stanly,

Any thoughts on how to plumb a bildge pump so it would have double duty as salt water wash down??  If you were to come off your seacheast it would pulling from the engine cooling water.  Not sure if it would be worth having a dedicated thru hull below the waterline for this.  I took my head out and plugged that hole up, but have one under galley sink that I could use.  I think I just answered my question.

Aloha, John

Hi John, I thought I posted on here for you. Maybe it was too long and was rejected. I have what you want on my boat. If you don't have any luck on finding out to to plumb the system, email me. You will also need an electric clutch, other wise the bilge or wash down will be working all the time. Jabco has those as well, not sure if it is a complete unit or not. email is banjo18@comcast .net
