I am looking to replace my Universal 25xp with a new diesel. Which beta might work? I have a 34' Morgan sailboat, 1969. Also, any recommendations as to where to go to purchase it,( I will be doing my own installation.) I am located in Fort Lauderdale Fl.
You could use either the Beta 25 or the Beta 28 in the Morgan 34. If you need large alternator output and/or a refrigeration compressor, look to the 28 as it is easier to fit a large alternator to the larger block.
