Throttle and Shift Cable Specifications Needed

I need to specify the type of cables I need for two Beta enigines with Tecnodrive SD.  This is the parameters I have so far to work with and missing information.  I checked the operators manual for the engine and the Saildrive.  Specifics needed were not listed.  The boat is 4hrs away from me so taking a measurement is a weekend job.  I'm trying to order these to have them made before the weekend.

Any advice or specifications would be great help!

1- Throttle cable 44ft

1-Shift Cable 46ft

1-Throttle cable 28ft

1-Shift Cable 30ft

Engines are:

Beta Marine BV1305SD

Sail Drive (transmission) are:

Tecnodrive Sea Prop60

Info needed to specify cable types:

Thread size for lever connections

Series cable (size)

Bracket type for cable mount (clamp or nut style)

Throw of each lever

These are standard 33c cables and are available from Teleflex and from Uflex. Because of the length involved, I suggest using the supreme versions.
The threads are 10-32.
All new engines and transmissions (including saildrives) are fitted with a ball joint that screws onto the cable end and also with the saddle kit to secure the outer cable. The throw on the standard cable is 3".
