Will need to re-power a Yamaha 25 within a couple years.

Interested in new diesel, and folding/feathering prop.

Does anyone have recommendations?

Is 14hp too much? considering the boat currently has an 8hp.

Are the 10hp Beta's still available? I don't see them advertised.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

The Beta 10 is no longer available in the USA due to EPA requirements.
The Beta 14 will do great for you and will be able to provide very relaxed cruising.
Folding propellers are available from Gori and Flexofold.
Fearhering propellers are available by J Prop and by Max Prop.
