the pump on my beta 50 has developed a leak somewhere back of the impeller housing. the pump to replace per beta marine is a jabsco 29500-1501 which has a 90 degree inlet /outlet which is what I need. the only thing I can find on jabsco web site says this has a 4 inch diameter on the impeller housing and mounting flange. My existing pump is only 3 inch in diameter, and trying to get a 4 inch in would be a very tight fit. anyone know of a 3 inch diameter 90 degree pump?. I can not find any mfg marking on the cover plate of what I now have.
Your problem may be caused by a simple seal that needs replacing or you may need a complete pump. Whichever you need, if you contact us at our NC warehouse, we do have the correct parts (including a complete pump!) in inventory.
