Rough idle after running engine for long period of time.

After running for several hours and coming into the dock I put the engine in neutral idle and it runs very rough.  It almost dies sometime.  Upon moving throttle up the engine will idle smoothLy at 1000 rpm. This is a new Beta 25 with less than 100 hours.   What could be causing this and how can it be fixed.

We found the problem One of the motor mounts had backed off.
