Interested in Replacing HBW50 with the TMC 40 P

I am interested in replacing my failing HBW50 with the TMC 40 P, but I ended up purchasing the wrong transmission.  I purchased a TMC40-PAC and it is not a valid match... does anyone know what the "AC" indicates after the "P"?  Is it shaft length?  Also, the ratio is wrong for me, this is 2:60 and I needed the 2:1 (2:00:1)

The TMC-40 PAC has a shorter input spline than the Standard TMC-40P or the HBW50 / ZF 5M. As you discovered, the TMC40 PAC will not replace the TMC40P or the HBW 50.
