Beta Marine Repower Solutions

I am considering a Beta for my Cabo Rico 34 repower. Presently have a Universal 35B. I am worried that extensive and expensive modifications will be necessary to install the Beta. I'd like to hear from anyone with personal experience repowering a CR 34 with a Beta.
